BUSINESS SALES

Sales of goods by the group are for personal use only, so a VAT invoice will not be provided unless specifically requested.
If you have a business need to purchase items from us, please contact our online team, who will confirm if approval can be obtained for the sale. If approved, we can issue a VAT invoice to the company acquiring the goods; otherwise, the VAT invoice will be in the name of the individual entering into the sale.

COMPLAINTS

If you have any cause for complaint, return the item to Swiss Gallery, Babylon Rotana Hotel, Karrada St. P.O. Box 5273, Al Jadria, Baghdad, Iraq., or email ask@swissgallery.net You will also need to send a copy of the guarantee and receipt. Swiss Gallery will then implement full remedial work at no expense to you.
The guarantee is not transferable and does not affect your statutory rights.
